Relief

During times of drought Pamoja runs feeding programmes in the worst affected areas. The food is distributed by church leaders who are able to identify the neediest individuals in their community.

Pamoja has a programme for rebuilding family homes where the house is in very poor condition. Typically Pamoja funds the purchase of new corrugated iron sheets and organises the local community members to carry out the reconstruction together.

Pamoja also supports a rural clinic (by buying drugs) where the poor are able to access free medical treatment.
